Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form. It is written to be understood without a lawyer.
1 · Who processes your data

2 · What we process and why

We do not process special categories of data (health, religious beliefs and the like). We do not need them, so please do not include them in your message either.
We use no automated decision-making and no profiling. Every enquiry is read by a person.
3 · What happens when you submit the form
- The contents of the form are sent to us by email. Nothing is stored in a database — the site does not have one.
- An automatic confirmation that we received your enquiry is sent to the address you gave.
- Your IP address is written to a temporary file on the server so that one sender cannot flood the form. That record deletes itself after one hour.
4 · How long we keep it

Once the period is over we delete the data. The only exception is accounting records, where the period is set by law.
5 · Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we pass it to no one for marketing.
It is accessible to:

- [FILL IN: email provider] — delivers and stores our mail,
- our colleagues who handle bookings, only as far as their work requires.
Both providers act as processors under a data processing agreement.

6 · Cookies and analytics
This site stores no cookies in your browser and does not track you across sites. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If we add analytics later, we will say here what we use. If it needs consent, the banner will be in place before the measurement starts.
7 · Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right:
- of access — to learn what we hold about you and get a copy,
- to rectification — to have an incorrect detail corrected,
- to erasure — to have the data deleted once we no longer have a reason to hold it,
- to restriction — to have processing paused while something is clarified,
- to portability — to receive the data in a machine-readable format,
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent where we relied on it. Withdrawal does not affect what happened before.
Write to ahoj@offsitekrc.cz. We answer within one month. For more complex requests we may extend that by two further months — we will tell you and say why.
So that we do not hand your data to someone else, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
